Part of a large parking lot. Quiet, right on the water (Zernsee). The electrical box is only necessary for some campers nearby, otherwise very long cables are required. Local with chairs in front of the door right on the square.
After Potsdam by bus: bus stop approx. 600 m away.

You get the impression that Werder doesn´t want any more residential property owners. 1. Price for 24h is outrageous at € 23.50. 2. There are non-stop scroungers running across the square, right into the parking space, extremely uncomfortable. 3. The course has not improved in 10 years, except for the fees. Without disposal, without toil. Disposal. No demarcation to public space. We felt unsafe. There is a lot going on in the evening on the banks in the area (5m). 4.
