The parking lot is very busy in the summer months, so that in July and August a barbecue stand is set up. Rather abandoned in the other time. Very quiet at night. During the day, a bus with locals might come to lubricate themselves in the salt mud pit. Should be good for rheumatism, joints and the skin. The road behind the square leads to the Salina.

A beautiful place where we met many German-speaking Greeks. @ The beach in front of the pitches was clean. Unfortunately, if you walk towards the nature reserve where flamingos and pelicans live, the beach is very littered. @ A canteen at the harbor should be open and on the other side of the harbor there should be a hotel where you can eat fish very well and cheaply. @@Unfortunately there is a big disadvantage: @There are three large, stray dogs in the area of the access road (port). @My dog was attacked without warning and severely ask. The wound had to be sewn up with 5 stitches. @ A walk with the dog in the harbor was out of the question. A stick should always be carried when going for a walk.No problems with humans. Problem dogs are known locally.
