Two steps from the lake. The place is in a fenced guarded area planted with low olive trees. Beware of tall vehicles.
The electricity is only secured with 3 amps.
The location of the place is very good, but not without problems for large motorhomes
.
The place is only separated from the lake by a small street. From hier
aus you can make great tours, whether by bike or scooter.
A tour around the lake is about 65 km long. The many small towns and especially Orvieto are worth visiting.
Anyone who rises early, goes to the lake between 5 and 6 in the morning and
is lucky, can perhaps listen to one or the other fisherman
when he sings his aria.
Or even in the morning with the scooter or bike, drive up the small road in the direction of Orvieto.

The site is closed until further notice, as it was only approved as a place to stay overnight, but campers have also stood there for a long time. Lt. According to our acquaintances from Bolsena, approval is not expected for the time being and the ban will last for some time. Since we are in Bolsena more often, we will post the reopening here.

The place is currently closed for administrative reasons. For about 2 years there has been a bar right next to the Plathz, which often emits a lot of noise well into the night. (NO)

Nice location, always showers wW. Sinks, wash basins. Generous @ parcels, bread service, good WiFi, friendly groundskeeper. Grilling possible. Pizzeria in front of the door. 3Amp. Security ok, otherwise the air conditioning would run day and night. Shopping 10 min. By foot Coop.

Directions to Bolsena is done from the north via the Autostrad, A1, exit Orvieto, then towards Orvieto and follow the signs to Lake Bolsena.. Or you can take from Siena on the SS2 to Bolsena.
