Friendly groundskeeper, also speaks English. Old town easy to reach on foot, better by bike. There is a shooting range near the field, which is why it is sometimes noisy during the day. Very quiet at night. Restaurant with free wifi is right next to the square. Everything is included in the price (including use of the pool).
