Motorhome place Vipiteno Sterzing
The parking space is right next to the rest stop on the Brenner motorway in Sterzing and can also be reached from the main road. Walk to Sterzing Vitipeno, about 20 minutes. Old town worth seeing.
Parking space fully equipped, including toilets. Payment at the entrance barrier, only manned in the evening. But there are enough parking spaces in front of it. Heavy truck traffic.
Nevertheless recommended, as it is ideally located as a starting point (base camp) for high alpine excursions. You can spend weeks there without getting bored.
Located over 1000m high, great alpine landscape

We arrived there in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the site was already closed, although there were still a few spaces available. Other holidaymakers had the same experience. We had to find another place to stay overnight.

V&E something very cumbersome. Spread over the whole place. Showers were very good and sufficiently available. Restaurant also opened a shop for groceries, drugstore, newspapers etc. . In the evening the place gets full. The motorway can be heard clearly.
