Expensive parking space in Venice, 5 minutes to the former Greece ferry pier via a bridge. In the rear area, from bus traffic, there are separate places (with metal fences).
When we were there, there was a strong smell of urine and sewage, as apparently many people defecate on the square. In the rear area, not visible, there is a disposal facility for the waste holding tank.
During the day there is noise from arriving and departing buses, which are happy to remove the partition to fill up with fresh water, do cleaning work on the buses and dispose of feces.

It was ideal for us for a short visit to Venice. Construction site all around, but it was still possible to spend the night on a huge camera-monitored and restricted area directly on the lagoon. There is no equipment, no V/E! (According to the statement in the car park) In the nearby car park there is a public toilet for €1 per use. On the pitch on the mainland (San Giuliano) supply, disposal for 10 € possible without any problems. High prices, but normal for Venice and the local water/sewage issues. Graduated prices during our visit on December 12, 2022: 1 hour = €3, 2 hours = €8, 3 hours = €14, 24 hours = €22, then every 24 hours €22 each. To vaporetto line 2, stops Tronchetto A B approx. 300 m, one each towards Rialto or San Marco. The People Mover (for €1.50 or an ACTV day ticket to Piazzale Roma) is approx. 500 m. For price scales and travel times, see the ACTV website or via AVM app. Depending on the wind direction and time of day, loud and busy from bridges, car parks, nearby airports, harbours. . . It´s not even quiet here on Christmas Day.

Only a little over 10 mobile homes on site. I didn´t see waste disposal or electricity, but I didn´t look for it either. Expensive, but perfect for sightseeing in Venice. I didn´t notice any smells either.

Hardly anything going on in July 2020! Probably because of a pandemic. This made the asphalt bearable. Otherwise it doesn´t stink that much, just a bit like port. It is positive that you are close to Venice and can take the vaporetto boat line 2 (Tronchetto stop) directly to the sights.
