Unfortunately, you can´t find the Havenkontor to pay. Locals said the place would be free. Only electricity etc has to be paid for. {mod}were you there outside of opening hours? then what is written on the homepage linked here applies: Outside of this period, the pitches can be used for mobile homes, but there are no facilities available.
