The access to the square is regulated by zigzag posts. If you are coming from the AB, definitely drive to Het Dieckmanns, then turn right. The space is often used by posers. During the week it was quiet from 10:00 p.m. Then we could sleep undisturbed. Enschede is very nice for strolling!

Stayed here from Friday to Saturday. Cars with loud music on the motorhome until 3 am. Only stopped after the police intervened at 10 a.m., the outdoor fitness started behind the mobile home with loud music. . . not a calm experience. A beautifully landscaped and central place to explore Enschede. 20 minutes walk to the center.
