Very nice place, already well occupied even now in April, but no problem. There are almost no ships there, so the power columns on the water with a correspondingly long cable can also be used if necessary. Important! The marina card is required for the electricity columns as well as the use of the toilets and showers; it can be taken from the machine where payment is also made. @Great starting point not only for Giethorn, but also for bike tours e.g. B. through the beautiful national park next door.

Neat place. For additional services such as electricity, water, shower, toilet, the chip card must be purchased. It is a long walk to the place.

At the ticket machine you can only pay with an EC card.. CAUTION in front of the chip card.. This is mandatory for the payment of water, showers, washing machine and dryer and optionally for electricity.. The chip card costs a flat rate of € 5, but is only worth € 3.. I haven´t seen a return option.. The harbor master´s office is only sporadically occupied.. Opening times are not posted.. It is unclear whether the chip card can be returned here.. We actually only needed electricity and would have better paid with coins-

Follow the very small signs from the main road and bravely cross the one-lane bridge to just before the end of the town, then turn left to the pedestrian harbour. The entrance to the parking area is to the right of the harbor master´s office. NEW: The entrance is now directly on the square and no longer on the building.
