A campsite near the church, church bells are audible but not annoying. Place is particularly suitable for a trip to the island of Ameland. The ferry dock is only about 3 km away and connected to a cycle path.

The campsite is accessible only through the streets of the town.. These are very narrow in accordance with the Dutch Ortsruchfahrten.. Thick vessels are likely to have trouble getting.. The @ signs to the course is also not optimal.
