A beautifully located new (2020) campsite on a farm, including donkeys. The site is at the mouth of the Scheldt. Electricity is included in the price for 4kWh per day. Children from 2 years pay the full price. It is not known when the square will open in spring.

We arrived here on April 11, 2023, the operator did not greet us, but only showed us the place. The meadows were very sodden, the entrance very muddy and traversed by deep ruts. I got stuck with the mobile home, the farmer came with the tractor and pulled me out. He then said that he actually wanted to sell the property, but the buyer did not appear at the notary´s appointment. @The place is not maintained, wild herbs grow rampant around the sanitary building, the little trees that mark the place stretch crookedly into the sky. All in all a sad sight. @The weather was very stormy and rainy (it´s not the operator´s fault), the mobile home shook and whistled through every crack. Restorative sleep was out of the question. @The dyke crown can be reached by a concrete staircase, behind it is a bird sanctuary, so you can´t get to the beach, which doesn´t exist either. @Although we reserved and booked and paid for five days, we left after two days. We didn´t even ask for a refund.
