Very well-visited motorhome parking space right at the harbor within walking distance of the town center with shops and restaurants. Buy fish recommended! Sanitary completely renovated in 2019 with washing machine and dryer. The code for the sanitary house is on the receipt

Addendum: Since we´ve been here, cars have been constantly driving around the parking lot. I ask the nice lady at the tourist information why, as it can´t be explained. A simple solution: The Dutch do a kleene Rundje just for fun and to see the sea and the harbor. Some also with the Fits or on foot, but mostly by car. {mod} :) That was the case 30 years ago when we were on the ship in Urk. Only back then they walked up and down the quay in traditional costumes and only a few drove in cars. It´s really normal for Urk.

Awesome place. Nice cafes and restaurants. Shops available. Best view of the IJselmeer. Sanitary facilities at their best. 16.50/ night, everything including parking space has the character of a parking lot, unfortunately no possibility to sit outside.

01.05.2022@Parking space in a mixed car park. Cobblestones only, no lawns; so nothing for dogs. Also a lot of car traffic in the immediate vicinity. Nothing for us, we drove on.

Urk is definitely worth a visit, especially the old port. . . . . But on the parking space in the port it is often very noisy in the evening, due to the evening and especially on weekends between 6pm and midnight there are motorcades around the port and the parking space, where whole families are always sitting in the car do their lap again.

Very nice village, location close to shopping, great walks along the harbor.. New completely renovated sanitary facilities with shower, toilet and sink, even washing machine and dryer available.. The only minus is the large parking lot, where the youth host races in the evening and listen to the music very loudly
