Since the huge gravel field is right next to the runway, it often gets quite loud here. @The place is quite sloping in large areas, so that you have to level your vehicle. @Trash cans are scattered throughout the site and are emptied regularly. There are even large containers for waste separation at the entrance to the square. @In the area extensive renovations of the road network took place. So there is now an exemplary secured bike path to Faro. @The trail along the lagoon has been revamped and partially replaced with miles of wooden plank walkways on stilts. @@A big thank you to the municipality for the opportunity to stand here for free.

Can also be used in pouring rain. Who likes airplanes. . . otherwise rather dreary, if you can´t enjoy the opposite beach because of the weather, because it´s too far away from Faro

Even in November, with the parking spaces fully occupied all over the Algarve, you can almost always find a place here. The aircraft noise didn´t bother us and it was very quiet at night.

At the weekend, the place is always well occupied.. Because of its size, you can always find a free corner.. Take-offs and landings at the airport can be observed well.. Unfortunately the place is a bit dusty but otherwise very nice.

N125 direction zuserst Flugpaltz direction, then head for Praia de Faro.Der place is new and is adjacent to the airfield. From here you can go Womo 3.5T over a dam on the peninsula and the campsite.
