Miguel and his parents are perfect hosts. The course is located in the mountains of the Mondego Valley in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Vegan dishes are offered.

10/19/2022@pitches at a farm with a great view of the village of Aldeia Vicosa in the valley. Friendly welcome by Miguel, the owner, his 3 dogs and his goat. We are the only visitors. Miguel offers a creative 4-course vegetarian menu. Not cheap but excellent. You eat in his kitchen while he cooks with a lot of love. He speaks excellent English. Anyone who loves rural flair, likes animals and has no problem with a (very clean) outhouse can have a great time here. Unfortunately, a forest fire around the farm destroyed a lot this summer. But Miguel hasn´t lost his good humor. Pitch €10, electricity €5. The access road through the village is quite narrow, and the driveway to the courtyard is steep. However, we had no problem with our 7.5m motorhome.
