It´s all ok. The place is very crowded. There were a few spaces available on the right-hand driveway. I can´t share the reviews of this place.

Impossible for dog owners, far too many cats that even come to the motorhome without any inhibitions. Dogs go crazy.

Very large parking space in two areas. Registration in an office at the entrance. Pay at the machine before leaving. When I visited, both places were virtually full.

The camper area consists of two pitches, each with its own barrier system. @The large left area is accessible to all guests, the smaller right area is for motorhomes who want to spend at least 7 nights there. The parking spaces in this area are parceled out for this purpose. @The access procedure is simple: Drive directly in front of the barrier, press the button on the machine, take the @barcode card and drive to the selected parking space. The tourist tax for the first week is paid at reception.

On the last day of May, both the left half of the space and the much larger right half were occupied (about 60% free). The barrier signs showed ´Libre´, reception not occupied.

In mid-May the place was about 25% occupied, the P signs showed green free @ We were turned away at reception, the place was closed, they wanted to do something new @. It is not possible to say when it will reopen. @We then took a break at the port and were able to observe how in a short time@ca. 20 other motorhomes were turned away

The receptionreception is an impertinence! Memories of GDR times are awake! The reception is only open from about 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. And you can only check in during this time, as the tourist tax (0.50 € per person) can only be paid at the reception. After paying the tourist tax, the barrier at the entrance will be opened manually! @We were there around 3:30pm and couldn´t get access, parked next to the driveway for the night. This happened to many other Womos. The sheer disaster! @ The place itself is a bit noisy because of cobbled street, but very close to the center and right on the river. The city is very worth seeing and pleasant.

Place was well occupied. Checking in and out was very time-consuming for us (30-60 minutes per process). A slip had to be filled out, the pay machine didn´t work outside. All very complicated.

Always happy to be on the pitch. There is everything you could possibly need including a launderette. It is not far to the center and all SIM card providers are within walking distance. It is an ideal place to start in Portugal.

Later in the morning around 9:00 the baker comes with fresh bread and delicious cakes.. A self-service laundromat is about 100 meters away.. There are also signs on it.. A car comes to a laundry several times a week and delivers the laundry ready for the closet.. Fruit and greengrocers come by several times a day.

To get to the place you have to pay the tourist tax 0. 50 per person per day at the info.. Only then is the button on the entrance barrier activated.. The barrier opens after it is actuated.. You pay at the exit.. As always, the place is very well attended.
