To their credit, the municipality tolerates being left vacant in this dusty parking lot. However, it is not quiet here. Fenced dogs bark late into the night. Garbage collection rumbles by early in the morning and then the through traffic starts with many trucks, cars and buses. From then on, sleep is out of the question.
