The no-entry sign for RVs is in front of the parking lot and I interpret it to mean that entering the parking lot is not allowed. The through road is closed to everyone anyway. In the first bend there is also a parking lot where there are no bans. That´s where most of the mobile homes are.

Parked here today during the day. This is in my opinion completely fine. However, staying overnight is not officially allowed. @The entry ban already quoted applies to the through-town. @The extent to which overnight stays are tolerated in this car park is not clear from any signage and will therefore be at the discretion of the local police. If you want to know, you can ask there, the office is right at the entrance to the town.
