When we visited again during the week, the noise from the diesel locomotives was unbearable. They always stood in the station for about half an hour with the engine running very loudly. It started around 4 a.m. and went on until 10 p.m. They drove about every hour. ( 8/2023)

Small parking space, very narrowly parceled out, but free of charge. Train service during the week from approx. 4.30 am (terminus of the train to Karlstad), on Sunday morning only from 9.30 am. To the bathing beach approx. 1 km downhill. Completely quiet at night except for the background noise from loud music that is now common in Sweden.
