The waterfall is located on the Saufla River and has a height of 70m. From the cable car parking lot, follow the Saufla upstream. The walk to the base of Cascade de Bonavau will take just over an hour.

This refuge is located in the municipality of Champéry, at the very back of the Val d´Illiez, on a car-free pasture opposite the Ruan at 1547m. Access: Only on foot. Nearest car park: Grand Paradis/Champéry, 60 minutes on foot.
