Der Emmerzerweiher befindet sich in der Nähe des Dorfes Illighausen in der Thurgauer Gemeinde Lengwil. Der Weiher liegt auf 552 Metern.

Der Obere Weiher befindet sich in einem Naturschutzgebiet in Niederhelfenschwil im Kanton St. Gallen. Er liegt auf 572 Metern.

Als Biessenhofer Weiher werden drei kleine Weiher auf dem Gemeindegebiet von Erlen und Amriswil auf 500m bezeichnet.
