Gravel car park at the end of the Waternish Peninsula, past the village of Trumpan. Place is on a cliff top, and has a nice view, it´s also listed as a -Dark Sky Viewpoint- if you want to stargaze (and can - on Skye . . . ). Better than the place from the turnoff from the B850 at the bridge - but windier, and longer journey over partly narrow single track road.
How to get there: From the A850, turn onto the B886 and follow it to the end. At the end on the cliff at the church ruins is the parking space. The B886 is a single track road, partly in poor condition. Narrow places and tight curves in through-towns. With 6.5m mobile, but you should know your vehicle, then something more is possible.
