It is a famous pilgrimage church between Reszel and Ketrzyn.. It is considered to be one of the most magnificent churches in northern Poland with its two-towered Baroque building..

History

In 1320, the Teutonic Order built a chapel here..
In 1686, under the direction of Jerzy Ertly from Vilnius, the construction of the existing Baroque monastery began.. The church has two towers tapering upwards and is surrounded by low cloisters..
