The channel Elblaski, German Oberlandischer Kanal, connects the Drewenzsee «Jezioro Drweckie» at Osterode «Ostroda» with the lagoon north of Elblag «Elblag».. It was built from 1844 to 1860 under the direction of Georg Steenke, Baurat from Königsberg..
Between Drewenzsee and Eylingsee «Jezioro Ilinsk» there is a lock at Liebemühl «Milomlyn», which makes the difference in height passable.. By further smaller lakes the channel flows into the Röthloffsee.. «Jezioro Ruda Woda»..
