Very nice. Fantastic location on the Traunsee, bus stop and landing stage for the excursion boat nearby. Nice walk to Gmunden possible, past the Seeschloss Ort (approx. 1 hour). New plumbing, nice. Lake access, bathing lawn, small kiosk, little space. No reservations possible in July, but flexible booking arrangements.
