Well described by habnix! Thanks to this description, we also found the beautiful old town district (which our parking space neighbors were unable to do). Important: TURN LEFT from the boulevard after 500 m, following the sign Vieux. . . or Saint-Martin follow.

Four years later, there is little to add to habnix´s comment. @Not the quietest place, not the loudest either. OK for one night after sightseeing. @ Public transport connection is great. Supply, disposal and waste separation is available. @The space was not occupied by cars.

It takes about 10 minutes by bike. comfortable and easy on great bike paths in the beautiful center.

Space for a maximum of 14 campers.. Strictly differentiated from the rest of the car PP.. and reserved exclusively for campers.. Buses are also here at times.. The VE, right at the front left, is flawless.. For 2 € (only with card) you get 10 minutes of water.. Cassette flushing always runs.. The fresh water connection requires a Gardena coupling.. I cannot repeat enough how pleasant it is to know that this connector cannot be misused for cassette flushing.. The place is very loud, it calms down at night and starts again at 6: oo h very cautiously.. You don´t hear the train at night.. Only at 5: oo the first TGV, which are really very quiet.. All in all, we were able to sleep peacefully.. But if you are really sensitive to noise, you should avoid this place, at least at night.. The bus stop line 2 into the city center is slightly raised behind the parking lot, you can see the opposite side and the stop is not to be missed.. Before that is the payment machine for the bus.. At the parking lot, get in at the ´Lac´ stop and get out at ´Jean Jaurès´ in the old town.. Then along the tram tracks over the Boullevard splendor to Rue Les Halles, then left …….. ,
