This car park is the shopping center of Globusmarkt, usable 3h, in the immediate vicinity of the Leipzig Trade Fair in Seehausen / Leipzig North.. It is located near the motorway exit Leipzig Mitte.. There are many shops and restaurants in the square as well as a bowling alley which is open until 1.00 am.. For fairs 10 Euro fee are required, but with a purchase in the globe market will be charged.. Directly at the place drives a bus line from Mo-Sa 8-19 every hour to Leipzig Gohlis as well as in a distance of approx. 10 going minutes (at the fairgrounds) the tram number 16 with departure every 15 min.. towards the city center.. Travel time to Leipzig main station or opera (Centrum) approx. 25 minutes.. ..
December 2011:
A huge Bauhaus center was opened in October on this square.. As on the bids, the place no longer exists.. However, there is still the possibility to park in the hardware store parking lot and under certain circumstances to stay overnight.. The unpleasant would be only the public traffic during business hours..
