Platz is located directly on the Saale cycle path. Wettin Castle houses a high school and cannot be visited.

Landed here on the Saale cycle tour. Right on the Saale below the castle and on the bike path, slept very quietly. @ The only open restaurant was the snack bar at the ferry. Very friendly but takes some getting used to!
