  • Bad Muenstereifel (nrw-tn).. ´Delicatessen on the roadside´ - under this title, the Municipal Spa Administration of the historic Eifel resort of Bad Münstereifel offers weekend seminars for the recognition, gathering and recycling of medicinal herbs and wild vegetables.. An ethnobotanist and herbalist accompanies the participants.. The collected plants are prepared together on an open fire to a multi-course menu.. Already at the beginning of the seminar there are preparatory culinary samples, such as Eifelzaziki and rose pesto.. <9> <9> The next dates are from 7 to 9 May, 11 to 13 June, 2 to 4 July, 20 to 22 August and 10 to 12 September 2010. The seminar costs are 83 euros per person, plus about 10 euros material contribution..
